ASF has issued the Regulatory Standard 8/2020-R, in which increases insurer obligations arising from the exceptional and temporary regime concerning the insurance contracts, namely the obligations to disclose and to inform about the measures adopted by the Portuguese Government, the obligation of diligence when requested to trigger one of those measures by the policyholders, and also the obligation to report information to ASF.
