Clara Belzuz Fernandez is partner and director of the Family Law and Family Business Law department for Spain and Portugal. She is specialized in the area of family law, incorporating civil, criminal and international aspects in both process and negotiation between the parties, working actively on the drafting of contracts and agreements on complex issues where conflict may be present.
She has worked on numerous divorce procedures, separation, recognition of unions, marriage contracts, execution of domestic and foreign judgments and amendments to Court Orders.
She also has wide experience in the criminal field, on issues such as violence, unpaid pensions and lack of visitation.
She has strongly experience in providing legal advice, both in and out of court, and is highly qualified to respond to issues of Family and Inheritance Law, including the management of family assets, as well as Family Business Law or Family Governance Law issues whose aim is to support and answer all questions related to family businesses and companies.
She is specialist in divorces, ecclesiastical annulments, testamentary dispositions, as well as tax and patrimonial advice, family office, individuals and family and private international law.
